P2020 is a pistol, making it a really weak weapon. Its a usual nerf to balance the skill levels between players, only allowing P2020 as their weapon. In this case though, Selen's nerf was that she could only use one weapon (no specific restriction which it is), so she didnt have a back up weapon on hand.
The guy with glasses is Bonnivier Pranaja, from Nijisanji ID. He was a frequent guest on Selen Apex streams. They often started new Apex seasons playing with each other, however Bon was extremely tired this time and didn't make it for Season 17. The guy with the green jacket is Aza from Virtuareal, a joint collaboration between Bilibili and ANYCOLOR that can essentially be considered Nijisanji CN. He and Selen have collaborated about twice before this stream, and he has also played Apex with Vox and helped him stream a few times on Bilibili. He has a godly singing voice(every Chinese vtuber does, practically all of them sing) and writes his own songs, he wrote and sang a song for a donghua before.
