I used to play on ball defense but i was getting chewed up on backdoor cuts.I stop plsying on ball just to protect the paint.He litterally was just throwing the ball down the court every missed shot and running plays to get to the basket drawing fouls like crazy.So i had to do a little bit of both but mainly protect the paint.Havnt lost since.
