Psycho Waluigi - Boss Rush

Obvious spoilers for Thunder Dragon's Psycho Waluigi as seen at mfgg.net/index.... spoiling bosses and some of what bit of plot there is.
A (finally) successful run through the Psycho Waluigi boss rush. Note that I consider "dying" successful because I made it in time and got the gold crown and that's all that matters.
