Good video Dave. So hard to relearn how to eat right. Eating Whole Foods you will be so full you don’t want to eat more. But I can eat 1500 cals from McDonald’s and feel hungry again in a hour.

Thank you ! I might try that. I do say I cant have that and then I do feel a little guilty when I ate something that I didnt want to. Sometimes I do need to be careful cause I do watch out for dairy things since Im lactose intolerant. Also for my update on my wt. goal from last time I have lost 2#., 184#🙄 It is quite hard since groceries are in higher prices. I have slipped a little in my walking, but I have worked my arms with two hoola hoops!😊

Slow and steady wins the race. Yep walking is phenomenal and you can always check out the body weight resistance training routine I have in my channel for a simple strength based workout
Yes absolutely JP! It's like if a skier is skiing and trying to tell himself to NOT focus on hitting a tree. Instead he can focus on staying in the path! It's way simpler to focus on what you can do rather than what you cant
Have you tried cutting out all the "bad foods"? Did it work for you?
