I did it with my bare hands because I’m a man.
😂😂👏
Thanks Dane Cook!
OMG!!! lol
Chris Jones ^ this
Thank you 🙂
Just ground some beans that I got for Christmas in the blender. I wasn't too fussy as they were for my Cafetiere, but they came out nice and fine. Just don't put too many in at once . Thanks for the vid !
why wouldnt u put it in a plastic bag????? then it wouldnt be messy grinding them with the rolling pen!
or towel
Moor-ena El
eh like
Good suggestion.
It took too much of his brain power to think of that
I respect that he did not lol
a great technique sir
Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks man. Great video
lmao your intro. Or you just really want that cup of coffee.. that's me :)
Great informational video!
Hi Joey! Thanks for this. I just tried it and my blender- was fine! Great taste. Just a question, should I grind the beans per session/serving (of coffee) or should I blend all the packet at once? (This is new to me as I normally get already blended coffee)
Ruple Thaker I'm not a pro but would suggests grinding as you go, keeps the coffee fresh longer.
How about mortar and pestle?
Thank you , you really smart man about coffe beans!!! ;-)
Put the beans in a ziploc bag. It works fine even if the beans are flavored.
Ji can we powder spice also?
Now lets see how to grind coffee without a rolling pin or blender
hammer and chisel
Lmao
Starbucks idea: They should have a window of baristas hand rolling the beans and then up charging for all drinks 2.25 more for the experience
Can I use a weed grinder?
Yeah I herb you can
STAAHP Nice!
Hahaha!
dude I should actually try that I bet some coffee would be left over and then my weed will taste like coffee
this dude reminds me of Dane Cook
Hmm🤔 What about a food processor?
holy cow I watch your kratom videos lol
well I don't own a blender or a rolling pin, but I could probably find something to smash them with
Coffee Consultant Phd
Not the roller
Dude loves to talk.
huh? lol
I hope this is satire
Nope, people just want to do things how their ancestors did them before f,kin machines came along..
oshiete yo oshiete yo
This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
You put the coffee beans in a bag. Then smash the shit out of them with the rolling pin
Hitting the shit out of something always seems to be the best idea, whatever you're doing :)
broke my countertop doing that. worth it tho.
😂😂😂😂
J Qarrillo 😂😂😂
Exactly That’s kind of stupid to put them on the counter because then you have to sweep them up with your hand, use silverware or a desk scraper 😂😂
Why couldn't you just put the beans in a ziplock bag and THEN use the rolling pin on them to crush them without a mess?
BECAUSE IM A REAL NIGGA WADDUP DOE
Rafe Gonzalez did it work
Rafe Gonzalez From Singapore Hahahaha you need a Burr grinder
I was going to post that you beat me to it!
plastic was only invented 2 years ago
Thank you for the blender alternative. I bought a bag of full size beans so I was gonna run to the store and get the right coffee. Watched your video, now my coffee is brewing. TY.
pestle and mortar
This. Way less messy and actually the first thing that came to mind if we're talking about not using a coffee grinder.
@@rooky3526 I do this every day and its still messy, because particles "jump" out of the mortar when you crush them.
Ofc, no comparison to to the 1st method shown in the video XD
Also, if you want fine grinded coffee, you can only use a few grams even in a big mortar.
Coffee with the pestle is the grind the that is true, not the roller with vessel of consistency of grut, lol.
Cheers mate. Dont have a blender, and fuck that rolling pin way.
You said Mortar and Pestle backwards.
You have broken the unspoken rule of Pestler's everywhere.
Ye hath broken thine sacred Oath.
I would think if you're going to use a rolling pin you'd probably want to put the beans in a ziploc bag first so you don't have them everywhere.
Just ground me some donut blend coffee beans that I was gonna throw away or give to someone. I'm glad I decided to view some videos but yours was very helpful. My blender did it's job and my coffee came out wonderful.☕Thank You!
Maybe the rolling pin method would be better if the beans were placed in a open zip loc bag and then roll the rolling pin over the plastic bag.
Because of this video Iv cancelled my order for grinder. Thank you so muchh! The blender that was at my house is pretty good!
You've saved yourself some good money there.
Thanks Joey, my coffee grinder went out on me, no money for another and have a half a bag of beans. I will use my blender. Thanks.
Did it works?
That's sad. You have no money saved up
No Way why are you worried and judgmental about someone’s financial issues? Why are you on this video, can’t afford a coffee Grinder yourself?
@@noway57 that’s sad. you’re judging another person’s financial situation when you know nothing about them.
@@noway57 You are a sad individual
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!😁 I have about 4 bags of coffee that I received as gifts just as you said! Lol😂😁 I usually just put a few in my popuri bags to have that yummy coffee smell around the house but I could use the coffee now SO I will TRY YOUR METHODS!!😁😇✌
Why the fuck would you use a rolling pin on an open worktop and not in something closed or EVEN BETTER a pestle and mortar....its common bloody sense
you should show what the consistency of the beans look like up close before and after
Thanks for this video! I bought bulletproof coffee thinking it was powder form. Been boiling the grounds on a pot no luck. Ill try these ideas
To all that ask what to do after grounding coffee bean's put your grounded bean in a filter and watch you coffee drip from your coffee machine or coffee maker of your choice. You can grind beans up to be medium ground, small ground or very fine ground for a better brew. 😉
I’m pleasantly surprised to report that the rolling pin method was idiot-proof. I was able to make a successful ColdBrew concentrate with the whole beans I mistakenly ordered!
If you've ever ground up fresh coffee beans with or without a grinder. You might be a prepper! Lol. 😂
Thank you very much. This video is so helpful
Why does he seem to be judging me as I watch this…
Omg put your beans in a towel or something ding dong! Lol
Thank you sir
All of you guys saying why didn’t he just use a plastic bag, Remember he’s the expert he’s a coffee consultant that’s why he uses the counter top, we’re Amateurs that’s why we use a plastic bag when crushing stuff up with a plastic bag
Coffee Consultant!
I am personally jealous of this title.
+mwaseem I was thinking same thing :D
Hamid Roshaan k
so closing line is.. once u do all this just use the coffee as u normally would...UM.........................................LIKE HOW.. an instant... use a filter.. WHAAAAAAT
I almost blew up my coffee grinder today lmaoooo 🤣.
This host sounds and looks like Jordan Schlansky, staff member of Conan O' Brian.
+Abraham Ban LOL
Yeah he kinda does. Lol
I just buy my beans online then sneak them into my local store with a grinder and use theirs then sneak them back out James Bond style
At some grocery stores they have a grinder in the coffee section for you to grind the beans of your choice and you buy the coffee by weight.
Our Walmart used to have that, but they got rid of it :( I have to either go to a coffee shop or the Bulk Barn now to do that. But I will try the blender method. My new blender has a coffee bean setting :)
I accidentally bought some & refuse to throw away a $20 bag of coffee🤣🤣
I put beans in between some paper towels and hit them with a hammer on a cutting board.
If you want stuff small just hit it with something hard.
I always put the beans in a ziploc bag and grind them. How come a coffee "consultant" doesn't know such a simple tip?
yeah what the last two comments said. you would think it woulda been pretty obvious lol
Thx
Thank you! My husband got me a bag of coffee bean by accident...Will try this for my morning coffee tomorrow.
Put the coffee beans in a zip lock before crushing under rolling pin
Used this video because I wanna grind up mushrooms.
Thank God my dumbass bought bag didn't know it was beans
Thank you for those information Mr Papa. I was thnking how to grind coffee beans when i do not always have the machine for that. Thanks in advance :)
Joey Papa?!? Ha ha! I came across this video in a search. I remember you/him from Teen Mania!!
zip lock no mess. open your mind today!
Now I’ve just bought a vitamix for $10. What can I do with it? Hmm
Where the heck did you buy a VITAMIX for 10?
Wahahahahahahahaha
Why is this guy kinda attractive 😂👍
if you put the coffee beans in a plastic bag and make sure all the air is out you can use a rolling pin, hammer or even a brick lol Believe it or not a brick works the easiest. The bag will make sure the coffee beans dont go all over the place.
The inconsistency will be terrible with all these methods, resulting in a under or over extracted Coffee. HOWEVER, like he said if you don't have a grinder, it's worth a try.
Why not mortar and pestle?
Grazie Joey Papa. Answered a question. I haveca ninja blender so will google instruct.
I want that delicious uplifting fresh ground boutique aroma this autumn and winter.
Fuck! I don't have a roller. And I don't want to wake my mom up with the blender. Oh well
Could you use a food prossesor?
1. Rolling pin
2. Blender
Blending coffee is a crime
Use mortar and pestle
Pestle and mortar
I will definitely try this after reading that ready ground coffee has ground cockroaches in it. 😡
read manual really did we learn that in school i am sorry man just saying no health n safety we ant 11 on here and if one were that reading a manual only happens in England the land of health n safety
Blender is last resort because its too tricky. stick with the basics. If too difficult get instant coffee.
What a cutie😻
Hello please tell me if you can grind cereals like rice and split peas in a blender. Thanks
ok
Thanks
Lol
Great info...I put mine in a plastic bag.thrn used the rolling pin
Thank's for sharing 🙏 Blender worked fantastic ☕
I used the ninja bullet and it came out perfect!
Can a food processor be used?
Cathy T yea it’s okay
Why not put the beans in a plastic bag before crushing them with the roller, they won't then fly off all over the place.
+Dee Champion this is a good idea and I think I saw a video in which the guy basically does the same thing you explained.
Why does everyone want to use plastic? Eww
Thank you for making this video friend 😍🙏💪
thanks was sketched out about using my blender but it worked perfectly could tell the motor in the blender was working double time though
Dane Cook and Zachary Quinto had a baby and i love it
I swear I thought the same thing!
Joey what a light bulb moment. I didn’t think of that. Thank you !
