I just Seventy😅 Now I see this video if your third one in a row, lol! Great Podcast and Knits as Well As Those Gorgeous Yarns!! Thank you, much😊😂 My comments are just hit & miss mostly but just thinking of sending vibes as I watch and make a mention of 🎉❤ good heartfelt and learned experiences.
Well done Jane for introducing this new knitting community. Here in New Zealand I belong to Truly Myrtle Wardrobe Toolbox & your online community sounds very similar. I congratulate you & wish you all the very best. Barbara
A topic suggestion that would satisfy my curiosity. I am interested in photos of the chairs we knit in. Comfort, practicality, posture all enter into our choices. A collage of knitting chair photos would be fun!
Hi Jane, I am so looking forward to joining and think the idea of the bursary is amazing. It makes it truly inclusive and not just for those of us fortunate enough to be able to afford to pay. Love the idea of passing on or selling stash and also a shout out if we are looking for discontinued yarn as one of us may have some. X
As of today I can not pledge anything / join the community but I am mighty glad that you will keep posting videos here. Maybe in the fall or next year things look different.. Who knows Wishing you the best of luck Pinguinpullover
The person commenting when you did the crowdfunding was correct! You crowdfunded so you could further develop your business, increase your income and then charge people to join after having crowdfunded. The online community ideas sound great and are indeed very well ‘thought through’. However, in the crowdfunding you did not make it clear the content created with the equipment acquired with the funds donated, were to create income generating content to be accessed for by paid membership.
Thank you for your comments. The way the platform will develop will initiate costs to pay staff and guests. It is intended to be a platform that not only provides knitting and crochet content but has social value too in time. This cannot be achieved without funds to do that unfortunately.
