Love your videos dude keep it up
That's great! I'm glad you like them!
I recently tore out and redid a small bathrooms worth of tile because my original install was subpar. Definitely worth taking the time to do it right in the first place. Thanks for the tips!
Did you? That's a brave decision but well worth it I bet
@@FortressFineWoodworks Mortar skinned over, laid the tile anyways and lived to regret it
Yep, gotta hate when you get bad adhesion!
As someone new coming into this work, this video is perfect! Thank you for taking the time.
You're welcome. Glad it helped
This is an awesome idea for content, and you are correct about the ratio of 'make this awesome [thing]' vids to those that show 'install an awesome [thing]' (infinity: one). So thanks, and these are great tips. I'm reno-ing my home office and even with my shop 50' through the door, I tend to wear myself out walking back to get "...that d*&$#n f**&^#*ing screwdriver."
Interestingly, Nick Sawyer made a 'how to prep your custom furniture for shipping' video early in his content list - another unique and overlooked topic... so please keep up content like this, because it really is as relevant as the 'awesome [thing] build.' Personally, I'd watch the install footage and tips from each of your projects as well as the project video, so there's an idea.
That's all great info. I also watch Nick Sawer. I will consider showing more installs but my audience retention for it is not doing so well. People tend to drop off
where did you get the tarp with rubber nubs in n one side?
I got it from home depot or Amazon. Here's the Amazon link. amzn.to/3RZXCuh
Thanks, initeresting that it mainly comes as a narrow strip vs a large area.
You can get many different sizes
@@FortressFineWoodworks Saw that but at least for that ad, only one was wider than 4 feet and it 8x10. Added to my wish list though so that I can pick one up if I ever need another tarp. Enjoying all your videos and the fact that you take time to respond, granted that might not be a luxury you have in the future, but if you can keep to furniture that the average person can relate to if not actually build you should appeal to the Keith Johnson crowd now that he is taking a step back from customer commissions.
Maybe so. Thank you
