@AEM Electronics - A simple trick to separate the two gearbox cast halves without damage: Put a M10 (or so) bolt into the empty threaded top hole so that the bolt sticks up vertically. Next put a 6in (or so) wood board against it. Now you can put a prybar between the board end and the inverter half and easily separate them. I put it on video: See my youtube channel, episode "Broken seal in Tesla gearbox discovered after 42k miles: Was this to be expected?", 5m6s
Great, I will do this also when my LDU is fitted to my Range Rover P38. BUT Kirk, please do a video on swapping your / Cascadian pcb board in the LDU also, because I got it together with your VCU200 and have tried to get in contact with you over the support and sales emails asking how to make the calibration you refering to in the manual that is on the cascadian responsability. After emailing with Cascadian they say this is your board and they are not doing any support for this board. Please advice, make a video on this and setting the board up in the software. I got the kvaser and everything but want this calibration to be clear before I start! :) Cheers from Sweden

Thanks for sharing, I've had two Quaife LSDs for over a year just hesitant to trust someone to dig that deep for install.
