During Sunday’s Feast of Tabernacles celebration, Pastor Omar shared spiritual insights from Jasher Chapter 19 on the story of Lot’s wife. He explained the significance of names, urging parents to raise children with God’s Word, teaching them to be in the world but not of it. Lot’s wife’s tragic attachment to the world led her to look back, becoming a pillar of salt, while her daughters remained in Sodom.
Pastor Omar also shared the story of Paltith, Lot’s compassionate daughter, who risked her life to feed a starving stranger in a city full of wickedness, reminding us of the power of righteousness in dark times.
