This...was beautiful. This was the epitome of Jon's Glitchy Witch-Magic.
I'm almost convinced that Vinny Vinesauce was T-posing outside of Jon's house while this was happening. After all, glitchmasters are drawn to other glitchmasters, and weird shit happens when two are nearby.
If Jon and Vinny met in the Threed Tent in Earthbound, that'd be it. That'd be how the world gets ended for Mother 3.
What if we add EditEd. He causes games to glitch by his mere existence. What happens when 3 are brought near each other?
An update from the future. This glitch was found to be caused by running the game fullscreen on a wide monitor.

All of the configuration options were all configured to be on the joysticks.
Example: jump and pause on left joystick

Why does the art style look similar to Gravity Falls. Just the eyes in general look like the style from the show.
In a wierd instance of things coming full circle, interesting how DKC Returns gets brought up and then years later Tembo gets brought up in the TRG playthrough of DKC Returns.
I see they took the Psychonauts approach to a life system where running out simply boots you from the stage.
I think that's fine, life counters are simply a product of the arcade and NES era where it was more about high-score than completion.

Game Freak should make more games other than just Pokemon, I love all the Pokemon games, but I'd love to see some of the other things they could do. I mean how many games in recent years have they made beside Pokemon? Like 3 I think?

I can vouch that Game Freak can make good non-Pokemon games. Tembo is a good game. It's just that this is Jon and he can break even the most pristine of titles. If you want to see what else Game Freak has made that's not Pokemon, look up Drill Dozer, HarmoKnight, and Pocket Card Jockey, all very solid games.
They do have Town and Giga Wrecker Alt coming out

Sega didn't make it, Sega just published it. Game Freak developed this game and then the glitch master got ahold of it

It was actually GameFreak that made this and SEGA publishing this. This explains why they needed help from HAL to complete the first 2 Gens and why it took Gen 1 Pokemon 6 years.
