Such a beautiful, timeless design. The perfect proportions, the elegance in the simplicity of the long delicate lines that command a handsome sense of stoicism. The legacy of this design must've instilled such a swelling sensation of pride in the design team as the years went and praise continued to shower this timeless behemoth. Truly a brilliant design for all the right reasons. Love it. I pray to one day pull one of these into my garage. Until then, I can only throw praise at a true dream car.

It’s too bad they couldn’t make the convertible right up through 1969. 1967 was the last year of the convertible. (For those that don’t know the 1968 and 69 Lincolns had the suicide doors just like this 1966 in the above video.)

Did you keep the original set up? As far as the relays and hydraulic systems? I’m working on my 67’ and would love to do a change out of old components.

That’s terrific. All you need are the proper narrow white wall tires and it’ll be perfect!

Who would believe it's from 1961?
Why did they stop making them!?

You can't do this driving down the road at 40 mph... I know...
😮 😅 😂
Say what you want, a brand new and most expensive Lincoln Nautilus could never match this cruiser. Never !
Except in a collision.
