Hello Nabila ji, You can store Laddu in air thighs container for upto 1 month. In winters keep the Laddu container on kitchen slab (I mean room temperature), but in summers keep in fridge. Yes u can use pisi huyi jaggery or Shankar also. Either aap shakar Ko melt kar lo aur laddo me mic karo. Or aap shakar ko direcrtly Laddoo me mix Kar lo, aur Laddu ko bind karne ke liye melted ghee use karlo.

Coconut is not mandatory. You can use almond powder or peanut powder or flex seeds. Just dry roast any dry fruit or seeds and then coarsely ground and use in place of coconut. You can make these Ladoos without using coconut.

You can store Laddu in air thighs container for upto 1 month. In winters keep the Laddu container on kitchen slab (I mean room temperature), but in summers keep in fridge.

My jaggery is powdered. Do I add water to it?

If you will not add water at all, laddoos will not be soft because jaggery becomes hard when it cools down after we melt it. You can add 1/2 of the recommended water quantity.
