I made some filmshots with my drone (a DJI Phantom 3) in the summer of 2015.
This is the Final Version.
Flying Locations: Aghios Ioannis, Aghios Ermoloas, Sanddunes, Gomati Beach, Pighadheli Beach, Kotsinas Beach, Kaviria Place Resort, Koukonisi Island, Louri Beach en Thanos Beach.
We spend a wonderfull holiday on this nice Island.

+GOON SiX Totally wasn't expecting Ghost Hotel on the North side of what would be called Pefkas Bay in ARMA 3 to be a real world location. BI did an AMAZING job recreating Lemnos in Altis.

+GOON SiX There is a military simulator game called Arma 3. In the game this island is recreated and renamed "Altis". You can see the comparisons in the link above.

I was born in Limnos and i lived there and my dads beach you sawed it it was Ago Gannis and i went to Amothines!
I mean look at the tourist shelter on 4:51. Even this item is in Arma 3. Amazing!

Hello, it was not made by humans. These are vulcanic rocks. The lava cooled. Patterns appeared in the lava. There were a lot of other beautiful patterns in the neighborhood. I hope ypu understand my English. Greetings, Fred

Hallo Nick, start Google Earth and go to Limnos. Find the village Kontopouli. Go 6 km to the North. There you will find this abandoned resort/hote;. I'm sorry, I cannot place a screendump of the map ….
I wonder how they let you fly a drone in a heavy militarised island 😂 without confiscated
Hello, I understand your comment. The video was made in 2014, that's been a while. Drones were still new then, there were almost no flying rules. Of course, not near an airport and military complexes. I then asked someone at Limnos where I could fly my drone. He was friends with some soldiers on the island. That's how I received my information. So no problem!
