This is a free for all battle on Isolation version 1.2 (NP), I'm lucky enough to not be attacked for most of the game, but it comes down to a final battle on Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2.

Dude so true I cant stop myself from watching a Video of this and I stared at my laptop for an hour or so.
Forgetting I had work.
I liked C&C 3 for its merits and I'm a sucker for expanded unit diversity and abilities but I did notice that the tech tree between the three was *too* similar, every unit you saw, for a base faction at least, had some sort of equivalent. The sub-factions in Kane's Wrath is a nice idea for spicing up your preferred faction like Steel Talons if you wanted to make GDI an even heavier steamroller (TS-style walkers with heavier vehicles but no sonic weaponry or special infantry) or Black Hand if you wanted to play a more overt version of Nod (no stealth but GLORIOUS FIRE)
On the other hand, I think Red Alert 3 kind of killed the fun of tank rushing and steamrolling with having *too* much micro-management abilities but I do think the more diverse build tree and construction was a nice change of pace, the Allies had your standard build-in-sidebar method, the Soviets had the place-and-forget as the structure is built on the map and of course the Empire's territory control with drone cores but they were extremely vulnerable, resulting in losing a *lot* of money if an expensive core was destroyed before it could start building. The missions, from what I can tell, are a bit hand-holdy: Those Soviet Apocalypse Tanks will chew up your Guardians! Oh, look! We managed to regain contact with some Hydrofoils and their Weapon Jammers are online! [wink-wink, nudge nudge]

I didn't actually care, to be honest, an FFA on a map like Isolation is not my thing.
Why don't you ever build extra con yards when you've got so much extra cash lying around? Each one is not only insurance, but they also speed up your construction speed, so you can build/rebuild extra fast. Especially on a naval map where you're not constantly pumping out tanks.

By the way, besides the glitched minimap, I think the color scheme of the energy bar is also a problem. The bottom part is too easy to be overlooked compared to the original bloody red color, making low power signal not noticeable.
This was a Titanic Struggle...it actually gave me a little real time battle anxiety and increased heart rate, which has never happened.
