Sinking down to build fire is wrong. Sink Kua is huge error being passed down as skill. If you sink, you will never transform jing to qi.
Thank you for your comment. As far as I can tell, Sifu Wu didn't say anything about 'sinking down to build fire' but she does say (generally, not in this particular video) that sinking the kua is not an error but it does have to be done correctly - sinking while the energy is still rising - which can be challenging.
@@dinooliva You seem sincere, so I will tell you that sinking is incorrect. Yang and Chen styles are infested with this teaching, and why most from these two styles get bad knees and quit. There is no correct way to sink. It is an error.
@@taoanon you seem sincere so I will just say without sinking you are not grounded and will have difficulty with balance. But I've only got 45yrs☯️ experience so🤔
@@zatrusofnietzche2281 Believe whatever you want. 45 years of practice without ever entering the door is unfortunate. Some people go an entire lifetime without ever finding a real teacher or testing their skills in real life. If you sink, even for a moment, a real fighter will smash you. If you go to the ground your finished because sinking and grounding are useless on the ground. The true method works on the feet and on the ground in any position.
