Thank you so much for sharing clips of your mental health struggles. As someone diagnosed with bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses, I know how frustrating it gets when one small trigger just feels like destryoing all the hard work to get through this illness. Most people don't understand sudden outbursts of anger when anger or anxiety gets too overwhelming. It's so easy for other people to judge which becomes an additional trigger. It can get so exhausting. I'm ok now and seem outwardly ok, but I really wish I just didn't have this condition to begin with. I hope you get through this dear ❤️🙏

I've seen also your breakdowns, your stories, your healing even if it's virtual know that you are helping a lotof people out there and I am happy you get to share his kind of video as lot are dealing with silent battles. I know how hard it is for you, my mom also had a frequent psychiatrist visit before with a lot of meds, I can relate to you ur struggle. Know that everything will get better Soon Sis.
