I'm soooo glad Mothy brought this song back. I love Blink, but as a sort of "ending" to Story of Evil (until MotHeavenlyY) it felt incomplete because all it told us was the transition in Riliane's character. Which, while lovely, and it expands on the Riliane we see in Daughter of White - doesn't really tie up the whole thing with a neat lil bow. This song, on the other hand, works well in conjunction with Blink, Regret Message, and Daughter of White as a temporary sendoff to Riliane until we see her again in MotHeavenlyY while establishing the one thing that she wants and continues to want as Rin Miroku: to be reunited with Allen.

oh my gosh, i haven't cried over this song since the first time i heard it but i'm so close to tears rn. this is GORGEOUS. i love how everyone drops out at the end of the first chorus except rin, and then the last chorus except allen... i love rin and the orphan boy starting the last chorus by themselves and then everyone joining in. also the subtle lu li la at the very end... this is a compositional MASTER PIECE
