Thank you for sharing your techniques and especially your closing message! you are sweet to share your skills and help me to become a better stitcher. I'm smiling!
Thank you for the great tutorial. I can only sew basic things, but your tutorial is straightforward and demystifies what seems like a complicated project.
Thanks so much! I gave my machine to our daughter, so I must do finishes by hand. This is so helpful. You are wonderful to do this, and you are such a fantastic teacher. 🌸 Sue T.
Thank you for all your tutorials! I realize this is your hand stitching video, but it's because of you I still have a sewing machine. I was beyond frustrated with it, but watching your easy to follow videos I'm starting to get the hang of it. I learned a lot (besides sewing) in this video. I never knew scissor fobs had a functional purpose. I thought they were just meant to look pretty. I love the tradition of putting a penny in for luck. I'm going to have to start doing that. I don't think it'll keep my frogs away, my degree was in math, but somehow skipped counting😋 Your stitching is beautiful. Thanks again for sharing!
Thank you for all of the tips and tricks! Not everyone has a sewing machine or wants to drag it out for a small project. Finger pressing the fabric is so simple but effective. I had forgotten all about the quilter’s knot, so I’ll have to practice that a few times in order to remember. Drapery weights went on my shopping list:-) Shelly
I love that you made this a free pattern! It is so darn cute - I love it. Instead of a scissor fob I'm going to use a larger count and make a small pillow.
That was so good Vonna! I can see that since it’s so tiny and fiddly you don’t want to sew right sides together and turn it! And with the finger pressing, you could do it anywhere. Thanks so much. I’m going to have to learn the cording technique.
I know this was awhile ago! But I am down write now. So making use of my time. Also getting some stitching done. So have I found you. Cording is the next project
Oh I am so happy that you gave us beginners this video. You are truly a gem!! Thank you for sharing your talent and time. I do not know how to do the loop method so I was wondering if you could show us this? Thank you again and have a great day! 🌷💕🌷
Hi Vonna! Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial! I do not own a sewing machine so this shows me how I can sew something beautiful by hand. I have some Christmas ornaments to finish so I'm going to try this method. I did four of them last year using the sticky board but that can get pricey (since I have about 31 more to do). By they way....pretty nails! Enjoy the day!
Thank you for taking time to share this! I hope you know how much your guidance and instruction are helpful to this community! Your work is beautiful and I personally appreciate all you do.
Thank you Vonna for your wonderful tutorial! I finished my fob right after watching the tutorial. It came out wonderful! Thank you for everything you do!❤️
