I'm still waiting for all the times Poochy appeared after he died on his say back to his home planet, even though Krusty presented a signed affidavit stating he would never EVER return.
Hold on... Chief Wiggum took 23 years to catch El Barto, an artist who's been tagging the streets of Springfield for that entire time, and his culprit is a 10 year old boy? I think maybe Bart has a pretty strong alibi to get out of this
Speaking of the deviless and there she is. I wanted to suggest a mystery: After she had escaped the prison bus and let it fall donw the cliff why didn't she return to Springfield until 2008?
I'd like a video about the mystery on how the Springfield citizens remained the same age for years. Based on the fact that in the crossover with Family Guy, Stewie asks Bart how long Nelson has been bullying him, to which Bart responds with "24 years". If that's the case, then how are Bart and his classmates all still in elementary school for over 700 episodes?
The legend of *El Barto* lives on! But seriously, from someone who grew up on The Simpsons I must say this video is brilliant! Even though I've stopped watching in the not too distant past, you really put allot of care into this video (and bonus points pointing out a continuity loophole that is Homer's brain damage). Well done!
I enjoyed this history. Fun and reminds me that El Barto is something they haven't screwed up, not even in the zombie era. If there's enough material for it, a history of Capital City would be interesting. It was presented as this big deal in the early seasons, then it kinda vanished until season 9's The Principal and the Pauper, and I'm not sure if there are more mentions of it in later years.
I just realized...Barts art at the end was technically lifelike, so his spray paint of Principle "I am a Wiener" Skinner when he was young was actually really good
6:37 Another topic for Dark Simpsons Mysteries, where did Chief Wiggum pull his hat from?... wait, on second thought, some mysteries are best to remain as mysteries. Don't want to know.
Cool idea and 0:25 I miss homer with half his hair lol balding homer is normal compared to ripping each half when he impregnated Marge. Nice edits btw and 3:45 I learned an interrobang yay !?
After watching this video, I only have one suggestion. How Chief Wiggum remains police chief despite gross incompetence and Springfield clearly having a budget to replace him. I mean If they can afford a popsicle tower and an elevator to no where then they certainly can get a least a functioning head constable that doesn't use a shotgun to open a piñata.
That's some great editing with the characters making little appereances. edit: As soon as I finished writing up that, I got the "subscribe" ending clip and all makes sense now.
In the comics Bart was caught by Wiggum after he got ketchup on his shirt He was in police custody but during that period Lisa graffitied the town under the name El Barto and Bart was let off the hook
It's also on some DVD season box sets if you go to language and audio features then a menu comes up with different options than if you click one you get another menu you get different menus one of them bart spray paints in different languages.
Has anyone ever documented Homer's brain injuries? This would explain why he gets dumber after the first seasons. But I'm sure this would be two feature film lengths of content.
Yes me again, in my opinion El barto is one of the best running gags. Lol lot of braindamage 5:17 :) I like this 5:40 and 5:44 Graffiti. 8:09 that is sweet.
Lou is the most competent, kind and intelligent policeman, yes, at the beginning of his work he made mistakes in old episodes a couple of times took bribes, and used the fact that Chief Wiggum was incompetent, and also took confiscated things, as well as isolated cases of police arbitrariness like the arrest of an innocent baseball player, there were also cases when Wiggum ordered him to have children to beat the rioters with batons, Lu asked him a question: is it possible to beat children? But Wiggum can talk with his eyes closed, Wiggum, as always, does not want to listen to Lou, and does it his own way Lou is involved in the situation, there was also a similar situation when the police almost shot the children in the house because they thought that Bob's Six lived in the house, but Lou had told the Chief before that Bob had not lived here for a long time. There was also a case when Lou accidentally knocked down a thing on the playground, and Flanders, and such a case was not his fault, but Wiggam because he treats Lou terribly, he was not in the mood and tense, and Wiggam clearly told him to go faster, that's faster for you. But no matter what the situation was, Lou was always a good and humane guy, he always remains a man in any situation, Lou was always a good policeman, yes, he made mistakes, he learned from his mistakes, and did not do this anymore, he was always the most competent policeman. Given Springfield's natural corruption, this makes Lou one of the few figures in any leadership position with at least some ethical understanding. But this does not mean that he can regularly implement these ideals. Instead, his role as Wiggum's subordinate means that he has to do whatever weird job Wiggum gave him this time, but Lou always thinks before doing something! Lou has always been a good guy who loves his job and wants to help people.
Given the fact that everyone's age never changes, I'm not sure someone forgetting something from season to season means anything. Who's to say the episodes and seasons all happen in order?
I still don’t believe that Bart is El Barto. Next, you gonna say Bart is Bartman. 😂
He is.
Do the Bartman.

Skinner: you burned your name into the grass
Bart: maybe it was one of the other barts
Skinner: THERE ARENT ANY OTHER BARTS
And thus El Barto was born
If he had burned Bort instead, it would've been impossible to know which of the many Borts it was.
Haha, somebody could've framed him for that, no one would be stupid enough to write their own name!
How about Mona Simpson for the future video?
I'll add it to the list! but ive got lots of other ideas above it

That would make a great episode!
