It is very painful i know 😭 those days ugh just like hell ,you feel so alone at that time ,so depressed,you just cry each and everyday, everything and everyone else seems fake, lots of mood swings,you feel stuck &lost,you feel disconnected with everyone,you don't share or tell anyone what you are going through or even sometimes it's feel like even if you tell them they can't understand or no buddy cares about you ,etc but after the awakening you become a whole new person a better version of yourself, your whole life changes,your whole mindset changes, your way of thinking or dealing things changes,you become happy,you feel so good so positive, you accept each & everything, you start doing such things that you were afraid of,you heal, lots of problems get cured,you become limitless,no more negativity,now you know how to deal with anything, now life feels like a beautiful journey not destination and so more things to talk about,etc ❤️ 😌
There are also times when we want to cry without any reason because our hearts feel pain emotionally.

It's universal truth it's extremely painful, depression, thoughts come like to do suicide sometimes but after this process you found yourself completely changed it's so wonderful you become the true self of your own
Ya thats very true it's very painfull 😭 and after awakening we get a new life everything is same but for us it's very new and before that it feels like we are prison in a dark box no light passing.And after coming out feels free and happy . I'm in extreme depression, even losing hope on divine. But I'm getting few signs like seeing feathers on my path, seeing repeated numbers, seeing some types of dreams that I never seen before eg.
