All lovely houses. I like outdoor furnishing, but wonder are there no flies , mosquitos or lizards to bother?
I'm also living like that, at first I was quite uncomfortable with them, but gradually I got used to them. At night I close the door and pull all the curtains, the mosquitoes outside must be very angry.❤❤❤❤❤
The stairs need a guard rail. It can be very dangerous without guard rails. I lived in a small house with stairs with no guard rails and thought nothing of it. Till I fell down it one day, there was nothing to grab on to, and I badly broke my ankle! I still don't have the full range of motion in it, after 10 yrs! Also, our neighbour, who lived in an identical townhouse, fell down her stairs because she got up during the night and wanted to go downstairs to the kitchen. She lost her footing, fell from the top of the stairs, on to the hard tiled floor below, and cracked her head wide open, spilling her brain over the floor. She of course was dead. The company who owned the townhouses, quickly put in guard rails on the stairs of all the houses after that. We should have all sued them, but we just didn't think of it at the time. Put guard rails on the stairs.
So sorry about your story. Hope you get well soon. Many countries have their own construction standards, and certainly stair railings are mandatory, and there are clear regulations on railing height.❤❤

I remember seeing these model homes and they presented nicely, but ONE MILLION DOLLARS for a tract home with Mello Roos taxes? Property taxes must be around $1,800 month (or more) plus two separate association fees ? Yowzer 😮
They are equal to the price of a typical home in California. If I had 1 million dollars in hand, I would go to Southeast Asia. Specifically, in Vietnam, buy a 5000m2 plot of land facing the sea and build a villa for 300,000$. Holding 1 million dollars here, you will live like a king, go everywhere, eat everything you like, do anything as long as it doesn't break the law. Its because they are greek houses only. Not Mediterranean in general. I live in one if them surrounded by many other similar. The materials to make them are the stones of the area. The wood are usually cypress, , and are rare, though used only for the roof and for the doors and windows.
