- Here's a commercial for the Baby Alive doll, which is set up to eat and drink. Batteries not included.
This aired on local Chicago TV on Friday, December 12th 1975 during the 12:00pm to 1:00pm timeframe.

I so remember this commercial. They played it a lot.
It's been 40 years or so since I have seen this commercial. For 1975, the Baby Alive doll was pretty advanced technology.

I had this baby alive doll. Can anyone else still remember the way her hair smelled oh gosh this brings back happy memories 😂
I had this one too. I remember have to scrape her digestive tract because the food would dry and flaky. 🤦🏽♀️ I loved her though!

This thing must have been so gross after you "fed" her a few times and the "food" came out the other end. I don't know how you could clean it.
