Sorry this one took so long! Hope you enjoy! :D
hey dude, i love your vids, i can tell you put a lot of effort in these videos and it is not wasted, keep up the good vids
+fantastiqgaming Thanks! :)
dude, your lore videos are FUCKING amazing. For so long I've hated Nobbel, recently I took a liking to Tankingmage, but you are 10x better :D
Nice vid. It didn't feel long at all. Hope you make more vids and dont worry about the lenght
Outstanding job! I can't believe this only has 2774 views after 4 months. Definitely one of the better lore videos i've seen on here (and I watch a lot) Subbed
You summarise everything so well but also with a lot of detail! Subbed!
At the beginning the lore is strikingly similar to that of WarHammer
The Nether sounds like WarHammer's Warp
The Titans sound like the Emperor's Primarchs
And even Sargeras being once one of them and then a demon sounds like the story of Horus and his Heresy
Venerate the Immortal Emperor
The intro is also wrong but hey
That's because Blizzard wanted to make a warhammer game at first, but wasn't able to acquire proper rights to it, so they made their own fantasy universe, with a striking resemblance to warhammer
Man wish he still made lore videos
nice videos !! but ..illidan!?? where are our illidans lol. he saved azeroth in the first invasion.
Amazing work! keep it up!!! you will Become the Lore Warchief!!!
Awesome videos. I couldn't bear to play WoW, so thanks to you I can still keep up with the lore :)
Why calling the High Elves (quel'dorei) "Blood Elves" (sin'dorei) at the time of the orc invasion? As far as I know, the name "Blood Elves' was first used by Kael'Thas some time after the destruction of the Sunwell.
Thanks! :D
Whoops, good catch. Yeah they renamed themselves the Blood Elves in honour of all their fallen during Arthas' invasion of Quel'Thalas. Highbourne pre-Sundering, then High Elves until the Third War, then Blood Elves after. I swear, give it a couple more expansions and they'll change their name again. >.>
Or blizzard will retcon them in some other way, you never know! ;)
Keep up the good work!
Nice alternative from noble dude. Please do more.
I actually really like your content, well done you earned yourself a sub! ^.^
You forgot the void lords .. sergeras wants to destroy all life becouse of them not the demons ..
Mile R this video was made before the first chronicle retconned all of that.
Love this channel
So, sine Sargeras was fighting demons and then turned evil, does that mean that there is someone higher than him in the ranks of Demons? I mean how were these demons created and who told them to start destroying worlds? Or who was guiding them and established this army?
Also, what are the Titans doing about them? Have they just left him roam free?
+George Sherlock Sargeras became corrupted by his own emdless thoughts. After fighting demons for many many milennia, he began to wonder if their persistence meant there was a flaw in the universe as a whole. He eventually decided that the only way to fulfill his purpose was to destroy the universe and begin it anew, without that flaw. He convinced the demons to join him in his destruction, and voila, the Burning Crusade was begun.
The Titans if I remember correctly were saddened by the loss and replaced him with another of their group, but otherwise haven't tried to stop him. They're more concerned with shaping worlds and looking formore Titans, and Blizzard has stated that the Titans fight the Old Gods wherever they go, so likely the Old Gods are seen as more of a threat to them.
According to the new lore, Sargeras become corrupted by his own will because he want to purify the universe corruption with fire. And as for the reason why the Pantheon didn't stop them, they actually did. However apparently in the book Sargeras was so powerful that he destroy the entire order of Pantheon by himself with Fel Fire and broke their will to fight. Only nonagon use the last ditch effort to create a shield or something to send the Pantheon to the great dark beyond.
So, since the Titans are gone to the great dark beyond, how come the Old Gods remain hidden on Azeroth? And how why was Sargeras so powerful? Find it hard to believe that one guy could defeat all of them. How can the heroes of Azeroth protect themselves from him then?
+Giorgioksk I don't get your question about the old God remain hidden on Azeroth because I don't know how the Old God hidden on Azeroth have any correlation on the destruction of the Pantheon
And how come Sargeras so powerful? He is simply their strongest champion. And how can Azeroth survived against Sargeras? According to the new lore Azeroth is actually a sleeping Titan that have power stronger than Sargeras can even imagine. However he didn't wake up because of the massive Old God corruption (literally 5 of them are corrupting the planet). Sargeras is set on a task to destroy Azeroth but the only reason why he didn't is because he just don't know where the planet is located in the universe and even when he does. He is literally really far away to reach Azeroth and it would take a millennia for him to even reach there. So he need demon to create a portal for quick transportation.
Sounds like he's lazy to me.
As for the Old God question, aren't Old Gods hidding because they are afraid of the Titans?
good vids :)

Nice vidoes
Funny, I always thought it was spelled Gul'dan, not Gul'don. I guess blizzard got it wrong too.
It's Drah-nai, not Dray-nei from what's heard in-game.
+Frostblood Yeah, I was going to use Drah-nai, but it kept coming out sounding like I was forcing a weird accent. A lot of the devs cheat and say Dray-nai, so I figured I could get away with it. >.>

Gul'Dan was a warlock
Gul'dan was a Shaman under Ner'zhul's tutelage until Kil'jaeden convinced him to serve under the Legion as a warlock instead. :)
