My experience tells me although it can be done, but it is not ideal, because by knocking we create minor cracks and expand the wood, the anti scuff sheet prevents the full expansion . So best would be to remove the antiscuff sheet and complete the knocking. Take it to net sessions, get the bat match ready , once we are sure it is ready , only then apply the anti scuff sheet
my bat comes with an anti scuff sheet on what should i do?
@@tigerle6226 apply some heat by using a hair dryer or hear gun and remove the sheet. Watch some videos on how to do it. Then clean the bat face with some isopropyl alcohol or glue remover . Lightly sand . Then do the knocking. That way it will be most effective.
Can we put an anti-scuff sheet to a bat that is both oiled and knocked?
as long as the oil has been left to dry, you can put a scuff sheet on 🏏
Should I oil the bat after knocking?
Can you knock the bat if it already have a scuff sheet on

Can you still put oil on your bat after knocking it in ?
Yes you can, it doesn't really matter whether you oil or knock in your bat first.

From the picture of a bat how do we know whether a bat is knocked or not
If you hold the bat up to the light, you should be able to see indentations where the bat has been knocked in.
