Kulukki Sarbath is a refreshing drink in Kerala which helps to cool you down during hot summer.

Ingredients:
1) Sugar syrup
2) Water
3) Sabja seeds
4) lime
5) salt
6) Green chilly
7) Ice
Preparation (1 glass):
1) Add required sugar syrup to a glass.
2) Add water as per mixture required.
3) Squeeze one lime to it.
4) Add soaked Sabja seeds (1 or 2 table spoon) Note : Sabja seeds must be soaked in water atleast 5-10 minutes before preparation.
5) Slit a chilly and add.
6) Add salt for taste.
7) Add Ice if required
8) Add mint leaves if you like that flavour.
9) Mix it properly and serve
