What I search in Krishnareddypet have a lot of Gram Panchayati projects (No loan only own funds). But, only 1 or 2 HMDA & RERA approved projects there. Reasonable price in gated community with clubhouse.
It has got HMDA Approval by production of fictious documents in 2016 as single land, whereas there were many individual plots earlier which have got 1985 link documents and even now EC shows names of individual plot owners. Some of the plots purchased has LRS Approval by same HMDA. Actions have been initiated to file civil and criminal suits for demolition of buildings by plot owners and HMDA , RERA were given legal notices in this direction after obtaining certified copies of all sale deeds from SRO, Sangareddy. Don't purchase these flats as you will may face legal complications later 🙏🙏
