I never looked hide up before, but that definitely seems like a great pick up for my German fleet! Thank you for the update!
I use Blue for my German DDs. Her special skill lets you have sub 60 second Torps and use the ship itself to build into the guns.

I've had these commanders going on 3 yrs now Mordoff is a MUST! I never had Einstein he has something that U.S Commanders don't have, pretty much all the Vanilla commands & Content commanders
