Это правда.Чтение очень помогает.Я читала маленькие тексты на испанском .Журналы,газеты.И это лчень помогло мне в изучении испанского.Теперь у меня мечта выучить английский ,хотч бы на уровень А2.Я читаю каждый день на английском хотя бы час.Читаю короткие истории ,так легче и таким образом пополняется словарный запас.Также важно живое общение с навивас.С носителями языка.Тоже очень большой плюс.И параллельно учить грамматику,тоже очень важно.И в конце концов ты находишься в состоянии изучения языка 16 часов каждый день.
