My anxiety never lets me look through things in super shops. I just pick whatever I find near. These types of videos give me insights into things i don't even know are sold in those shops. That way I wont have to ask the salesperson if they have that particular thing 😭
I was like that for a period of time but I forced myself to be relaxed, ignored everyone and took my time. I’m all ok now 😂 hope you both can do that some day 🫶🏼
