I was recommended this from a video and I can say it was worth it. My poor Leo, a Maine coon the family has had for 8 years passed away a day ago and the grief is unbearable. He was bitten by a snake and died shortly after my parents dropped me for school. I didn’t even get to say goodbye. It was heart wrenching and gutting for me. My one wish is having the joy of being on the bottom of a puppy pile. I have had pets all my life and it is absolute hell when I lose one. I think of them and cry. My happiest thought is knowing that one day I will be greeted by all of them at once, and I will experience their love surrounding me.

Please Please Please...for anyone reading these and watching this video... PLEASE consider getting another pet. No, it won't replace the one you've lost BUT if you cared and loved your pet this much, you can help another one. I know, I've been through this many times over 18 years of dogs and many more with cats. Getting another pet eases the pain immensely. YES, there will be pain again when this one dies but I have gotten used to it (the pain decreases with every loss) and imagine the JOY I will feel when I cross 'The RAINBOW BRIDGE" and a host of animals are waiting to greet me. Pets are God's Angels for us while we are on earth.
I never knew this poem excisted. About two weeks ago my mothers cat died. That night she came to me in a dream and i askes "what is heaven like" she replied "oh its beautiful i just slid from a rainbow." That got to me for some reason. Yesterday my kitty, myra passed away. I googled how to cope with a loss and it showed me this poem. I more than ever believe there is a heaven.
My grandpa came and visited me in my dreams the night he died. If there is an afterlife, and he dead can speak with us, i believe that dreams are were it happens.
I lost my rabbit almost six weeks ago and the pain is just unbearable. But I believe in God, and I believe in Heaven, and I believe that God looks after animals in Heaven too. I believe we will see each other again. I also know that other rabbits need a home too and that I have a lot of love to give. When the time is right, another rabbit will hopefully come into my life. I too lost my pet dog ' Kaalu ' recently in a train accident. So much love he gave us. Every morning he used to scratch the door and on opening it , he comes near all of us. I can' t even go to the market now, as i remember how he use to run behind me all along , and then suddenly the day come when early morning he went to the station and got hit. It was utterly unexpected. I can't bear his loss even now. Wish that cursed railway station would have never existed. My heart was paining all these days and even now. That cat gave me more in such a short time than they did in all the 13+ years ~ they neglected him, punished him for wanting attention, and probably hit him. He took a while to transition into his home with me, but a home it was, and he showed me how much he knew that. Yesterday morning he began to totter on his feet so, rather than wait for pain and/or incontinence, I decided to let him go. Thank you so much for making this lovely tribute.
My little Thelma crossed the Rainbow Bridge about 2 hours ago. She was 12 and started breathing hard and panted last night. When my wife got home from work, she sat in the living room with Thema and she looked at my wife and looked at my wife, as if to say I love you and it's time to go,.and she quit breathing and her heart stopped. It was quiet and peaceful.

My cat blue crossed the rainbow bridge last night (March 8th, 2022 at 9:48 PM) after he suddenly and tragically went paralyzed due to an unknown blood clot in his heart moving and causing him to start bleeding out. No surgery could fix him and he was in major pain :((( he needed to be put to sleep. I’ve never loved and cherished an animal as much as I have blue, he was so loving and dog-like. He loved to play, go outside, explore new things, cuddle, and most of all eat food…. haha like father like son, i guess. I know he’s loving the rainbow bridge right now. May we one day be reunited Blue ❤️🤞🏽 I miss you so much buddy :((( You could never know how bad this hurts me… You were the best blue. I mean it. Mya, Saint Bernard, was put to rest Wednesday afternoon. She was my everything and more. My family rescued her from a cruel owner. It took time for her to believe in us but once she did, she lived her best life, though short, she carried love to all. I had no idea her time was coming, and she got cancer, filled her body with fluid and she was struggling to breathe at night. I miss her, we miss her. It's so empty without her but she's also in a much better place. I hope the bridge does exist so she can meet all the other wonderful pets together. Love always my girl Mya.

TheCambra I lost my tabby cat we found him in a dumpster we didn’t know how old he was but he lasted a week but December 27 1:07 in the morning he died because my dogs got to him that morning my dad and I buried him his. Name was Biscuit and I loved him so much he was my first ever cat and we might get a new one

My best friend, the only true friend I ever had, Panda, passed away yesterday. She was put down. I know she is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge and once I get there, we will never be separated again. We will be happy together. This is just a temporary separation between us.

You seem to believe god created man and animals. Animals are the purest souls there are… so why wouldn’t we meet them in heaven?
I too lost my pet dog ' Kaalu ' recently in a train accident. So much love he gave us. Every morning he used to scratch the door and on opening it , he comes near all of us. I can' t even go to the market now, as i remember how he use to run behind me all along , and then suddenly the day come when early morning he went to the station and got hit. It was utterly unexpected. I can't bear his loss even now. Wish that cursed railway station would have never existed. My heart was paining all these days and even now. After seeing this , i am a little contented. Just hope that wherever he is, remains happy. Hope this rainbow bridge really exists!!!

Great song, I just released a song called Rainbow Bridge in honor of my boy Trey who passed in March. I miss him so much. I'm 30 now & had him since 17, I never wanted to see the day. It's one of the hardest things to lose a pet. 🌈

(I love that music; it's from Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron) My beautiful Timbit, charcoal & white shorthaired, went yesterday. He was rescued 5 years ago from unappreciative people. That cat gave me more in such a short time than they did in all the 13+ years ~ they neglected him, punished him for wanting attention, and probably hit him. He took a while to transition into his home with me, but a home it was, and he showed me how much he knew that. Yesterday morning he began to totter on his feet so, rather than wait for pain and/or incontinence, I decided to let him go. Thank you so much for making this lovely tribute.
My little Thelma crossed the Rainbow Bridge about 2 hours ago. She was 12 and started breathing hard and panted last night. When my wife got home from work, she sat in the living room with Thema and she looked at my wife and looked at my wife, as if to say I love you and it's time to go,.and she quit breathing and her heart stopped. It was quiet and peaceful.
Most of my animals have died sadly..
I really miss them I hope they are geting the love they need at the rainbow Bridge.
Today, July 6th 2016 is one years since I lost my rabbit. She was 6 years old, black fur and a lop ear, her name was Flopsy and she fell asleep in my arms. It's just gone the exact time that she passed at and I didn't want to cry but every time I read the rainbow bridge poem it gets to me.

My cat blue crossed the rainbow bridge last night (March 8th, 2022 at 9:48 PM) after he suddenly and tragically went paralyzed due to an unknown blood clot in his heart moving and causing him to start bleeding out. No surgery could fix him and he was in major pain :((( he needed to be put to sleep. I’ve never loved and cherished an animal as much as I have blue, he was so loving and dog-like. He loved to play, go outside, explore new things, cuddle, and most of all eat food…. haha like father like son, i guess. I know he’s loving the rainbow bridge right now. May we one day be reunited Blue ❤️🤞🏽 I miss you so much buddy :((( You could never know how bad this hurts me… You were the best blue. I mean it.

Mya, Saint Bernard, was put to rest Wednesday afternoon. She was my everything and more. My family rescued her from a cruel owner. It took time for her to believe in us but once she did, she lived her best life, though short, she carried love to all. I had no idea her time was coming, and she got cancer, filled her body with fluid and she was struggling to breathe at night. I miss her, we miss her. It's so empty without her but she's also in a much better place. I hope the bridge does exist so she can meet all the other wonderful pets together. Love always my girl Mya.
