I am trying to connect with my V1000 drive using ethernet by drivewizard industrial tool. i selected ethernet in the drive port/connection. I selected V1000 from the drive information only. I have not selected the model because i could not find the model (my drive model CMIR-VC4A0007BAA) in the list.Then i inserted following IP address in my laptop ethernet adapter ( IP 192.168.1.20, subnet mask 255.255.255.1 default gateway 192.168.1.1) as i don't know my drive IP. then clicked test button, drive scan button, scan network button from the network configurator. But nothing works. Please let me know how to solve this problem or suggest me if i am doing anything wrong.
DriveWizard Industrial software is only applicable for the U.S. version Yaskawa Variable Frequency Drives. Based on the model number you have, DriveWizard Industrial is not supported since that unit was manufactured overseas. I've tried multiple times to connect a Z1000 drive to the computer using a standard USB-A to USB-B cable. When I test the drive (press "Test") I get a message saying "The software of the drive connected is not supported by this software. Please check for update." I have tried downloading almost every software Yaskawa has to see if such update is there. is there anything else I can do?
Hi, The version in the video is an older version of DriveWizard Industrial. The current version has been updated to support our new GA800 High-Performance Drive. One of the key features and benefits to this enhancement was to improve the ease of use and connectivity to DriveWizard Mobile, therefore connecting via Serial and USB has been combines into one selection. @@YaskawaAmerica when i plug the usb cord into the v1000 unit the unit appears to shut off and does not cummunicate with computer which in turn i am not able to download the driver am i doing something wrong that is also not showen in this video

Im trying to connect to A 1000 model VFD, when click on scan drive it stuck then windows message says Drive Wizard is not responding. What can I do?
