I am also on the struggle bus with the Verbena! Impatiently waiting for germination. Thanks for the update - love seeing the farm at all stages of the year.
I just started playing your video but I want to say that I’ve been looking forward to it! So doesn’t matter if it’s just sowing seeds, just as an idea if you want to do it just sow the seeds and talk about the plant and how to grow it and basically whatever you know about it, even if it’s a 10 mins video it would help your UA-cam presence and I know many people like me would watch ( winter in Michigan is been long, cold, and boring) :) so thanks!
Also agree. It’s kind of like those really popular videos where people tell stories while putting their makeup on. I’d happily sit here listening to you chatting away whilst getting on with tasks like sowing seeds etc 😅
Thank you Sara. It is always interesting to see what you are up to and even if you repeat your self from last year, it is still very good to be reminded.
That poly tunnel really is proving to be the bane of your life but I’m really interested to follow along with your will to improve it. I hope you can get some help with all the mulching. The end goal is going to be worth it 👍🏼😀
YAY! You’re back! I so enjoyed the update and tour around the farm. Good luck with the weeds and teepee. I’ll have to try that weed tea theory. Fascinating!
I enjoyed this video so much! You are lovely to listen too and I'm enthralled with all the things you are working on. Soil regeneration is on my heart too, so seeing you work so hard at it is encouraging. All the things you are doing will help. Keep it up. I need to try the weed tea. What an interesting idea. Thank you for the awesome farm update.
Did you ever make/post your bells of ireland video? Thanks for all your content. I recently found your channel, and I'm learning so much from you, all the way in Kentucky (US)!
My first time trying ranunculus this year and I found your channel through the old ranunculus video you did. Since the. I’ve binge watched almost every video 😳 hope you manage to make some more videos this month 🙏 ❤️
I followed your lupin sowing video and did the same myself and am delighted that mine are coming up too. I like the idea of sowing seeds on kitchen towel. It saves on space and compost.👍😃
Thank you x Love keeping up with you on the farm I’m near Durham in the North East and first year planting for a flower garden cottage . So learning loads x
Such an inspiration you are! I love your style! I was calling my husband over telling him ''look at her little seed starting greenhouse'' This is what I want!! :) Good to see a nice long video and all your goings on xo
I look forward to seeing everything on your farm this year. I've seen a few glimpses of your honesty box that you sell your flowers out of. I haven't come across any videos on details about it yet. I've been trying to find something similar on pinterest to have my husband help me build before selling time. Any chance of getting a close up of yours, I know your super busy? I just loved what I could see of it.
I had issues too and I heard a flower farmer say to either do heat mats OR light but not both at the same time. Germinate seeds on the heat mats and periodically switch to under the light. Then once sprouted, put under light. If need heat, take away from the light and put on heat mats. She said she finds they they get fried getting zapped from both directions and then we water more because they dry out so fast and then we end up with dampening off. I don't know if you have tried that? But that has been for seeds started indoors under lights. Not sure about greenhouses.
The plans, the plans! For me March is the month of good intentions but I never achieve it all. Just thinking you need a leather workshop for your tipi- those sewing machines can handle thick fabric.
Sarah I love seeing the progress of your seedlings and it also reminds me what I’ve sown as I don’t label it’s all pot luck in my garden. I have some perennials growing in my garden grown from seed last year can’t wait to find out what they are. It’s exciting though, love all aspects of gardening and farm life so keep doing what your doing
Thank you for sharing the paper towel method to pre sprout the delphinium seeds. I have a question about the delphinium seedlings’ leaves being yellow with green veins even I fertilize with fish emulsion weekly. Do you have any tips how to keep them healthy?
Good morning, loving you channel. I note you are growing Eucalyptus from seed. I would like to but can’t find a uk Supplier. Where do you get yours? Thanks in advance.
Hi Sarah, great video. Delphiniums definitely don't like waterlogged place, so add lots of sharp sand wherever you want to plant them out. I have problem germinating larkspur, do you have any tip for me? I p.anted few different flower seeds three weeks ago and e every thing germinated except larkspur. Do they need heat mat?
Can you burn the thistle? Is it showing outside the poly tunnel where it is regenerating? I so admire you sharing your research into regenerative farming.
Good morning my friend, thank you for sharing this good video
Get some volunteers to help you!! 💕☀️🌱🌱🌱 And to repair your tent: maybe a boat shop that does sails…
Someone who works on sails, exactly my thought. Hope she finds someone. Her workshops look so fun!
The black heart shape on your cute brown alpaca’s nose is adorable! 🖤 🦙
How exciting! You already have 1,000 eggs!!!

I agree. She doesn't need to be busy for me to watch. I enjoy when she just sits down and talks to us and teaches us things.
Also agree. It’s kind of like those really popular videos where people tell stories while putting their makeup on. I’d happily sit here listening to you chatting away whilst getting on with tasks like sowing seeds etc 😅
Me too!
What about a video on planting out your seedlings. How you space them etc..
Thank you Sara. It is always interesting to see what you are up to and even if you repeat your self from last year, it is still very good to be reminded.
Thanks so much Sarah! You certainly are a busy girl. But such a lovely place.
For the teepee canvas, try a boating marina. Speed boats have canvas tops, they might be able to assist.

Thanks for bringing us along with you! 🌱 Spring is nearly here! Can't wait!

So good to hear from you and have an update! Pet the piggies for us!

Hiiii from Sweden ! I sowed peach coloured DIGITALIS in march last year and they flowered beautifully that same summer !!

Try a sail manufacturer for repair of the TP
Hi Sarah, great video, thanks for sharing. May I ask when you began hardening off the ami and daucus and how long for. 🙂

Try looking for someone who repairs ship sails. They have heavy canvas sewing machines x
Hi! your seedlings are very beautiful! I have difficult to germinate scabiosa atropurpurea and caucasica. Can you do a video about it?
Thank you for sharing the paper towel method to pre sprout the delphinium seeds. I have a question about the delphinium seedlings’ leaves being yellow with green veins even I fertilize with fish emulsion weekly. Do you have any tips how to keep them healthy?
SOIL Microscope you should talk to the people who did your soil analysis they can point you in the right direction.
How do you keep the dogs out of the flower beds during the growing season?
Good morning, loving you channel. I note you are growing Eucalyptus from seed. I would like to but can’t find a uk Supplier. Where do you get yours? Thanks in advance.
When you said ‘put me in’ the water tank I thought you meant he physically put you in it 😂

try putting them in the freezer for 3 weeks!
@@nicolehutten7391 Wow! That is pretty extreme! Ok, I will try some seeds.
Can you burn the thistle? Is it showing outside the poly tunnel where it is regenerating? I so admire you sharing your research into regenerative farming.
Are you growing Vebena Hastata from seed? Have you had any luck? Second year in a row trying here with no sign of germination again.
Yes I was hoping that I could have lots more plants this year but no germination yet!
💙💜💚
Would it be easier to send samples off to labs ,,
What are your temperatures like?
What is your zone there?
How much land do you flower farm?
How about contacting a sail manufacture for your tee pee cover.
Got put off by the drowning worm visual 😔
