PUBG Voice Chat Not Working ( How To Fixed PUBG Microphone on iPhone & iPad ) all iOS

When i played Pubg mobile in my iphone Xr using 3.5mm Gaming headphone and splitter, the sound goes well, but when i turned on the mic in the game, the sound comes out from the voice an not in the headphone. When the mic is off, the sound is normal again. I've tried many splitters, and with many 3.5mm jack headphones/earphones too, but the same problem occurs. My problem is: When mic is on, sound is muted, when mic is off, sound comes again. I've gone through all the phone settings too. Please help

Bro when I screen record my PUBG gameplay. If screen recording mic is off my voice is not recorded in video but my teammates can still hear me in game and I can hear them but if I turn on SR mic on game sound changes my teammates can’t hear me and I can’t hear them but my voice is recorded in video.
