Mr. Kasozi thanks for your comment but as l explained corruption is a delicate matter and why l take my position to these gentlemen with that caution. Biblically taking one another to court is condemned as the 7th commandment is clear on stealing. Stealing deprives me of public amenities but l pay my taxes promptly because l play my part and time over the law may be or not will play its part. Corruption , stealing and crime is solved by mindset change on part of an individual to know his ills as world wide despite jail terms it always seems to persist and prevail.
