Tellement d'after chilled aux bons soins de leur musique...
Y a pas mieux pour redescendre, jusqu'ici.
À jamais et pour toujours, Air, l'un des plus merveilleux duos ever.
This is a masterpiece. To whom who accidently came across this music, enjoy. These guys are truly special and they mastered what good music is. Enjoy.
Came across these guys at work actually
The bass line is a masterpiece
Yep just love the way he bends those strings. When I first heard this I thought he was playing a fretless bass
La bella flat nylon coated strings.@@davidstickland3420
I came home so high one night, turned on MTV and this was just starting. That´s how Air became part of my life...
That would have been about 1996. I first learned of Air with their song All I Need with Beth Hirsh of their Moon Safari album back in 96. Then I went and seen Beth Orton live and she was wearing an Air Moon Safari T-Shirt, I picked up Beth's Trailer Park CD and her Best Bit EP CD maxi single and Moon Safari and took them all home and loved every note!!!!!!!
understandable
@@sethwetzel974 I learned about Air with their song All I need in about 2007. I had recently discovered Zero 7 before that and was on a mission for some more chill music. Air was the next best thing I found. Better late that never.
The bass is out of this world. Almost af if you could ride it.
This is one of those songs I do not just play and listen to. When I play this song I prepare for journey.
Masterpiece. Classic. One of the best lounge anthems of all times.
TOTALLY agreed sir Mario Great late night chill Peace🙏
For me this is a masterpiece of modern music. The bass is so beautiful and all other elements are there just riding along perfectly. Magic
I HEARD IT FIRST WHEN I WAS 14...
AND OVER 20 YEARS LATER I STILL LOVE IT!!!
IT'S MY FAVORITE SONG OF ALL TIMES... 🥰
THX AIR FOR THIS MASTERPIECE!!! 🥳
I always imagine I am on a never ending escalator going up to the sky when I listen to this song
That's perfect!
Totally agreed sir
thats perfect
There's a war film with David Niven which perfectly confirms your imagination in pictures
...of course, that's a great idea too, I always flew with my eyes closed...and I still fly to this song...
So perfect. Makes multi-tracking seem like an innovation from 2350. Elegant and instinctual
A friend lent me this CD back in 1998, and days later, I went out and bought the album... incredible.
A stroke of genius.
This should have a million likes and a million views by now..
Beautiful memories. Thank you Air!!!
Reminds me of better times. Love the bass line!
Why was it better when you listened to it before?
@@markfromct2you had it wrong. He associated the song with better times he had before
Back to the future !
This track makes me want to learn bass guitar.
This reminds me of my university time. After all the stress of final year projects, I would take a break and listen to this 😅
If there was one hymn ti life, this is it! Thanx for a lifetime:)
This piece I's such a pause.
I put it in between breakbot playlist where it is more lively and French house and then cue the next track, Air just starts and just gives you a nice fresh air of downtempo of the same genre
Amazing masterpiece! Never gets old.
Years ago when I was at an Air gig, after the show, I got to my car, whilst driving past stage door surprisingly Nicolas Godin climbs into the back of my car, we drive off through the crowd slowly, he asked what was the show like I said Pink Floyd in space, then he climbed out the car into the crowd, it was just me again lol great memory! nice guy.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know of a way to log back into an Instagram account??
I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
@Zayden Dawson Instablaster :)
@Colin Jose Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out now.
I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Colin Jose It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thanks so much, you really help me out :D
@Zayden Dawson You are welcome :)
I play this song everyday a few times ever since I discovered it, never tire of it ❤
♥️ say what you like about France, you gotta love the French. Tress shic nstuff innit.
J'adore le jeu de basse 😍
Always admired that bass sound in this track. Now I see how much his style is indebted to Paul McCartney.... great stuff indeed
Peter Not sure Nicolas would agree
@@markfromct2 McCartney was the first to play bass with a pick? 😏
When the orderlies at your mental institution can't stop playing bass solos.
I was so unbelievably young, and the first time in Paris - at night with this soundtrack. #1999
I am 67 what is young?
Just love this piece of music. The electric piano just sounds so cool and slick.
Saw tem live in the early 20’s and can tell you that those vintage synths sound absolutely massive!
The early 20s so like 1922 or 23 wow that’s awesome
@@dancalestini5698 Shush 🤫… Nobody has to know we are time travelers… 😉
Einer der Besten Videos, weiter so.Toll.👍👍
Danke❣
Cest magnifique
That bass line is so cool!
Just found this after listening to the album version for ages !! Beautiful !!
Un massage pour le cerveau, je ne m'en lasserai jamais !
Fuck off world the coolist tune ever - if you don’t chill after hearing this you are not human- chilllll 😍
Rewelacyjny kawałek muzyczny. Znam go od lat.... 😉
Perfection
Perfección!
Owes a lot to Future Days by Can
Das Video kannte ich auch noch nicht von Air. Toll✌
Absolutely amazing rendition of an already beautiful song, very well done
Vienreizēji estēti! Visu cieņu!, Rīga
Superb Tune, well done. This will never age. 👍
Pure talent!
Magnificent
When I die I want this as my last tune 😵💫😵💫😵💫😃😃😃😃🔚🔚🔚
perfect, I can just get my fender rhodes and play it along, everything is there except for the leads and it still is fantastic by itself. It holds up pretty well against the album version........Air, thanks!
Sublime.
I do remember
Heard this on my SiriusXM and had to check it out at UA-cam @ home. Great sound. Love it!
ManyThanx!!!!! Simply Brilliant, Hell Ya STELLAR!!!!,!👍👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺😍🎶
BRAVO!! 👏😃
pure bliss x
I love you too guys and your music it is so wonderful and beautiful and it touches my soul
Can’t wait to see this in London
Great artists.
Absolutly..awsome
So Awesome
Please sir, can I have some more? Moon Safari has been in my collection since it was released. Everything on it is a masterwork, but La Femme d'Argent and Kelly Watch the Stars are forever songs!
Awesome
Beatiful
Though it seems counter-intuitive, the key to obtaining this chill mode of playing, is having your cuffs and collar starched.
Yes man! I agree. There's nothing that beats a well starched collar with sharply creased sleeves.
Nice...
Moon Safari, indémodable. 👍👍👍
LoVe!
hermoso y desconocido
this is why you should buy a Rhodes Mark I
So Handsome
There's a lady I know. Watching her sauntering through the grocery store with her terrycloth shorts and T-shirt and sparkly flip-flops, she is all that I can see.
Oooh...
...Silver Woman.
She just kills me.
Threading her way through all the people, picking up the wine bottle, the way she walks, the way she moves, this music is exactly how she just flows.
...if only to somehow be in her league. If only we could ever be more than just friends...
I'll never tell. Never be able to tell her how much I love her.
So thats how they make that mystical music?
I swear I’ve heard this in a movie or tv show but it’s not credited anywhere 😭
You've probably heard tracks from Zero 7 on House MD, who were clearly inspired by this album.
Cool
Bass line takes the track. I am always sensitive to the Bass Many songs have give credit to the Bass Peace👃
👍🏾
Sounds better than album version.
🙃
Sinte
Overdubs-but good ones.
Do you?
What said Fluke?
De Jean Michel jarre vangelis et Klaus shulsh
missing blues on keyboard though
Silver $31+ 🤑
C’est tellement Français, ça
Saw them in the Olympia, Dublin , maybe 1998, I was so looking forward to this gig. They butchered La Femme d’Argent. One of the worst gigs I was ever at. One of my favourite all time albums
9'?'%
Sounds like RADIOHEAD
Or vice versa
Sounds like Can - Future Days
Well, at least seeing this video confirms that their music also bores THEM to death.
