Pardon my potential ignorance, but I think the winning records might not work? Wheeler at 68% and Serge at 34% seems to mean they have played 102% of their games together.

Serge and Wheeler both have winning records against Nelson, leaving them both with wins that did not constitute a loss for each other, and thus their total winning percentage exceeds 100%. Similarly, since Serge and Nelson both have losing records against Wheeler, their overall winning percentages only add up to 59%.
For when Serge plays the Food deck again: Frodo does not loot on his second attack. Both Frodos trigger as well as the Level 2 Ring are Attack-triggers so the Ring effect does not trigger, when it is Frodos ability that makes the Ring Level 2.
As a non-Canadian-Highlander-player, these two decks really make me go like the "neuron activation" monkey. All that food makes me think Serge should have ran Vito, but I'm just a filthy commander player so... Can't wait to see these two fine gentlemen on Shuffle Up and Play next week!
In a 3 color deck the inconsistency might be a problem. It looked like all his cards were very color intensive. But I think you’re on to something during a possible rework.
Brewing food myself, going a similar route to Serge because Wilds of Eldraine and the hobbiy commander deck are incredibly good as a base to start your decklist with.

I'd be interested in seeing an angel package added to Serge's deck. Resplendent, book of exalted dids, heck, add gryphon aerie while we're at it! Need more relevant bodies on board for cheap with extra lifegain benefits.
I wonder if they looked at Jaheira, Friend of the Forest. It's another Night of the Sweets' Revenge and it goes particularly crazy with Academy Manufactor.

I would add Mirkwood bats. The opponent losing life every time you create and sac a token can go real fast in this deck. Maybe instead of the wicked wolf.
I was hoping Serge would search for Farmer Cotton with the Demonic Tutor at 48:11 . Samwise + Provisioner = 8 Hobbits 8 Food And then sacing the enchantment next turn for +10/+10. Manufacturer was really cool in action tho.
Serge Demonic Tutor is in your list on Moxfield, confused did I miss something there? Also surprised the list doesn't have like...a The Battle of Bywater/Toxic Deluge/Austere Command or some conditional benefitting board wipe, sometimes it seems food struggles on a gummed on board if you aren't finding the specific engine pieces to let it snowball as it wants too
After watching a bunch of these Canlander games come down to a single unblocked attacking creature as the wincon, regardless of the mechanism... Wouldn't Wing Shards be a good removal card option?

If you're adding blue for artifacts matter, that's not a food deck anymore, it's a brown rectangle (artifact token) deck. That said, there are a decent number of (unplayably expensive) UG food cards from the Dr Who decks (Third Doctor, Fourth Doctor, Eleventh Hour, Madame Vastre) and there's also The Goose Mother. But again, half of those cards don't care about food so much as any artifact token. If you're adding blue, you should really think about if food support is a better focus than clue support or any brown rectangle support.
The next time Wheeler runs over Serge 2-0 like this, I want to see them swap decks to see what happens. This result happens a lot and I legit don't know if it's because Wheeler is just bringing better decks or if he's just that much better of a player.
Since you batch record these why not just roll for the first series and alternate going first for the day based on that? Seems more fair and less random.
Love the series. Wish Wheeler would try out some new stuff like Serge, I feel like it's the same shell with 4 new cards every time he brings some new "theme".
Peregrin Took combos with Experimental Confectioner to draw your whole deck and make a million rats so it has to stay in, the 1G Merry is pretty awful though I agree

If you are Playing the format on a entertainment venue with no stakes, On a video series designed to jam games for fun, It makes sense to me to do exactly what search is doing for instance. Try new arche types and new decks that you can hold your skills on and see if it's Competitive and viable.

There are versions of the food deck that perform much better without just trying to play cards just because they say the word food on them. One of these decks is a full blown meme and the other is a real deck with a couple swaps for the camera (that aren’t even awful cards)

Battle of Bywater only hits big stuff (power 3 or greater) so it barely would have affected the board state in these games
