Guildford Model Engineering Society 2019 Gala was being held on our visit,so much to see and film that we have had to split it in two parts.Part one is the railways,part two for everything else.
So many different loco's on show and running on the tracks.

A great advert for the Society and model engineering. I particularly liked the Class U, something a little unusual.
I have seen a couple in 7 1/4 but nothing in 5 inch before....Great day out......Regards Chris

Excellent as usual folks! I seem to remember that their tracks go right into their clubhouse....the local Amateur Radio Club used to meet there and when I visited to give them a talk it was intriguing to have miniature railway tracks in the club room. I never cease to be amazed at the engineering skills demonstrated by these talented people. Many thanks for bringing memories back for me. Rob.
Hi Rob.Yes they have a 00 gauge model railway in the club house,they have a fantastic setup...I also saw an Amateur Radio tent in the grounds so they could still be connected..Glad you enjoyed the video......Best wishes Chris.
never had tracks going into the clubhouse, but there were 2 7 1/4 sidings at the front of the clubhouse, now gone.
