    Yes, this lens is not "sharp" wide open but the image it create at f/1.4 are very special, a bokeh that I don't see in my other fast Nikon lenses.
    This is now one of my favorite Nikon lenses, along with the 105mm f/2.8G and the PC-E 19mm f/4E

    I've had one of these for a while and last night shot it on my Fuji 50R with the Steelring adapter. It looks very good on the Fuji as well, impossible to infinity focus on the dial, I had to zoom focus onto a point of light to get the spot which is a very fine adjustment, but I was able to get this very precisely and remove the conical distortion that happens when the focus is not 'dead on'. With the Nikon Z6 I'm assuming you still need to use manual focus for this? Or is it amazing enough to be able to use AF on that kind of subject matter.
