Morissette WAS hired by Disney to sing A Whole New World for the Philippines release of the movie Aladdin. A few months ago she signed a contract with Disney Plus. You will be hearing more of her in Disney movies. Their first song for her is titled Imagine More
This is also an official record from Disney. Also, they created an official song for Morissette with The title "Imagine More" which is the theme for Disney Channel that shows all of their movies and events.

The original singers for the 1992 animated Disney movie Aladdin were Brad Kane & Lea Salonga. A pop version of this song was performed by Peabo Bryson and Regina Belle with Callie Moore in the film's closing credits. For the live action 2019 the singers were Zayn Malik and Zhavia Ward.
I'm a fan of Lea Salonga (The original Miss Saigon) and these two kids made me feel very proud.
