I have a question about your door panels you built. First let me say that I love the idea of using panel board for the strength it will provide. So here’s the question: how are you securing the door panel once built to the door?
@@Rstifleable on this panel I used spring clips. Nice way to do it. Drill a 1/4” hole and they pop into place and are reusable. One thing I’ve started doing more of now is magnets. I show what we use for that in the video dropping tomorrow.
Thanks for responding I appreciate it! I like the metal clips idea and have already decided that’s the routine going. On a different note, what method did you use to make sure the fenders, doors and quarter panels were straight and not have any waves in them????
Hey, what's going on Man loves the interior work you do good work I wish you were around where I was to help me. Do mine ,any how by chance, Do you know the name of that color blue on that Nova looks awesome?
you should be able to pick up panel board at any local upholstery supplier. The one I have close by is Albrights Supply. They are a huge supplier that ships worldwide if you don't have anything local.
You make this stuff look so easy!!
thank you!

That was 1/4" closed cell foam
