I wanna have UK work visa o have ielts academic but someone told me its not suitable gor this type of visa. Which exam should i take ? Os language Cert and SELT B1 are the same ? What's your recommendation?

Language cert is user friendly than Pearson,i did mine test just this Friday,still awaiting my result, i just hope to get the results before 5 working
