Three car garage or just some dinky two car garage. What size are the bedrooms 9 x 10 dealbreaker
They have many floor plans to choose from. The best advice if you are serious about finding a place to call home is to come and see them in person. Cindy & I are always happy to help you
@@MikeAndCindyJones I did come there in person and all they had were the Pulte homes that had all two car garages and then there was only one specific model that had a two car garage and one side of it was deep enough to fit two cars in parallel, which is not a true three car garage. And the only other option was Del Webb that was 55+. Lotta false advertising too because they don’t even advertise it being a 55+ neighborhood like I said talking to the sales person for an hour not a single sign anywhere saying oh hey this is 55+ I even gave them feedback letting them know you should probably have signage up and start with that before wasting peoples time. And only only the 55+ homes actually looked gorgeous and the other ones looked like starter homes.
55+ only I went over there talking to the sales person for an hour all to find out is 55+ only
Unfortunately you got bad info. It's not 55+... they may have 1 section that is but this is a very large development
@@MikeAndCindyJones yeah the other section that is not 55+ is Poulty homes instead of Del Webb, which is the same builder but the Poulty homes look like crap compared to the Del Webb homes.
