This is by far the BMW that makes the most sense, I've never seen an X1 looking this good as before. If I had money I'll definitely get myself one...the xdrive 20d though. Thanks a lot for the video🙏🙏🙏
It really does look good, I feel it's actually shooting way above its competition on price especially fully specced, however, there is a matter of "feeling" that comes with driving a BMW and mostly we tend to ignore it when reviewing and it's a real thing. 20d will surely cost more even. Thanks a lot Demtumza, much appreciated😉🙂
@@sebuwam Is unfortunate that prices are so inflated nowadays...who would have thought that even a non performance 1 series would cost R800 thousands🤦♂️
BM has always struggled to get the X1 'right' , especially when it comes to looks, but this one, they have knocked it out of the park, the car is 👌🏿. As for pricing, unfortunately it seems like gone are those days you'd find a new German brand car that starts @ +R500k😏
I think the second-gen looked way better than the first, this one so far is the best-looking X1, so it looks like the design team is improving on this one. As for the price, yeah, those days are long gone, not even a demo base spec X1 will be that price!
Well in terms of design I think the 3rd generation has been well crafted,it's better than the the previous one. I'm just worried ka price, but people will never listen to us, they will still go buy it😂😂, bit pricey but it's a great package though. can't wait to see the rest of the models and get to drive it.👊
It really is a good-looking and well-put vehicle. Excluding the thing, you don't need you will still pay more than R800K for it to look as nice as this. That's quite steep considering that other brands which were not considered premium have joined in now like Kia Sportage with the top-spec 1.6 Gt line coming in below the starting price of this X1 and it has all the bells and whistles with more power.
My Mann Sebuwa back with another great one😅👌🏽👌🏽😎 Personally I feel the car looks stunning! I will always be bias I love merc than bmw but asikholapha(we not there)🙆🏾♂️😂 For starting price of R700k I mean the options some of which most SA customers will take are quite expensive. The retractable tow hinch I think is amazing but who the hell wants to tow trailers and stuff in their Luxury SUV?🫣😩🤣🙆🏾♂️ As always like I say it will still sell whether R700k or 1m plus - if people can buy a GTI which is close to R1m how much more a luxury SUV🎉😮
Very true. It's a very attractive car and mostly people who buy this are not budget focused but brand focused, so for that it may sell. I am seeing less and less of it's competitors though, GLA/Q3 since the new models, they are very scares🤔. I wonder if the pricing has anything to do with it🤔
@@sebuwam I think for the money people are either going used or they opting for newer brands like Haval and stuff it’s crazy the Chinese are clever Mann 😂
@@sebuwam thanks for the reply! Moreover, with the Oyster Perforated SensaTec interior, I am wondering would it be hard to maintain? Would it be hard to remove the dirt or stain on the seat?
@@user-ww2je3cc2x Generally, sensatec is not as hard to deal with as it's so close to real leather. The colour would not matter much especially if you get the right chemicals to clean it

@@demtumza So true, it's not only BMW suffering from pricing, it's just the economy is against buyers currently.

The background track is fire.
Love it as well, Ealot - Elusive Language🥲
I didn’t even know there was a new X1, nice one…
It's slowly creeping into the market, it premiered in June. BMW does not take time to bring cars here actually🤔

Absolutely Beautiful!!!!!
I agree with you👌🏾
The car look stunning but the price tag is something else, few yrs ago x3 used to cost this much, today is above a M.
True yoh! I remember Demo X3 going for around R600K just before Covid😰

torn between cape york green and storm bay
I think that Storm Bay is nice🤔
Like the car, How did the cape york green look in the metal?
Loved it. Really is one of the best paints on this
What is the size and profile of the spare tire and wheel?
I don't know honestly. It looks like a 17" biscuit
Beautiful 🔥
I agree. It is beautiful🙌🏾
Do you think the mocha interior color would fit with cape york green?
Yep. I think so, the paint is not too loud, so it blends in with many bright and dark interiors
