For one thing, successful business owners don’t have time for so much chatter; they get to the point fast.

She is/will not give up this fascination. I love her determination, but at some point, the money will go kaput.

She calls Dave and then is reluctant to share data. It makes these calls drag out.

"but I have sales..." If I sold dollar bills for 90 cents each I'd have sales too!

All the sob stories and all the excuses are a very bad sign. A successful entrepreneur adapts quickly, figures out a way forward and just GETS IT DONE.

I wish there were more numbers about her overhead. 35% margins on the cost of goods sold doesn’t sound terrible, so how much does she spend on marketing, that warehouse, management etc.

That’s too much losses to go through. I see the comments and mine but this is definitely tough mentally. She lost almost everyone

Too many unintelligent low level thinkers in this comment section who are insulting this woman but don’t have a successful multimillion business themselves. I feel for this woman she went through a lot of personal tragedy. It sounds like she went into a business that is very expensive to start and maintain.

She might need a business consultation or a business partner to get her up and running hard in the right direction while she can heal and become a stronger leader.

You need to shed your pride and your ego and sell that warehouse immediately and pay off your debts. Obviously your business model isn’t working and you need to go and get you a regular job. Excuses are only keeping you from admitting that your business model isn’t capable of supporting you on a daily basis. Nothing beats a failure but a try. Now is a good time to decide what is important to you and set your goals for future success and growth. Good luck with your future.

She's paid the building down 50% already which is progress, its not nothing. Question is, is she pumping more into the building payments and thats causing her to not have anything left over ..(?) The other thing im wondering is what else is she spending too much on thats killing her finances? Eliminate that and get more focused on getting finances moving more positively.
