@@whereizpvris The best advice that I can tell you is to contact key benefits and tell them that you want your card to be as expedite they will send you the card with UPS I did that and I it works for me it only took 3 days to get my card.

I don't understand Why don't people just use their bank account to receive their unemployment payments instead and they won't have this problem , the department of labor gives you the option to get paid either through your bank account deposit which only takes one business day after you certify or to use their debit card for payments which they clearly states it takes 3 weeks just to receive that card in the mail and you risk the chance of it getting lost, that's a no Brainer.

Lots of people did use their own bank/debit card but for some reason they still don't deposit it into your account they send u their debit card that never arrives! I've been waiting 5 weeks! I have bills to pay! I try to call the bank that issues their debit card and never get an answer.

When you get it, do not transfer your money to different account. Key bank will steal your money and tell you can’t do anything about it. It’s lost money.
