Nice one mate. Crispness of the image, color grading, sound, different angles. I do prefer the videos though, in which you include drone footage of these incredible mountains like you did in the ones with the Megane RS and Audi TTRS. You and Stefan Bogner are the best right now regarding cars and alpine nature.

Wicked stuff Luke. The production quality is so refreshing to see. Especially in the jungle of stale talking heads that run around with their iphones on a stick artificially bloating a video to the sweet ten minute mark. They put in little to no effort pumping out daily clumps of washed out looking garbage with the same royalty free music earrape. Speaking for those that share my opinion, we are truly dependent on the content that you and a very small number of automotive youtubers (2-3 max) create. Thanks for the many efforts and genuine content you've produced over the years. Greatly look forward to more bangers like this. Cheers.

As i may have mentioned this before, your videos are the pure car lover type of entertainment! Its all about getting out that feeling that these car makes, sounds, feel on the road, looks. Just gotta love these! Keep up the good work you do champ! :)

Nice video! I used to own a 2015 F-Type R but sold it before I moved away from California. Such a fun car to drive, and the exhaust notes are just insane. The 2015 was RWD and even with all the nanny systems on board, the rear end would get away from me if I stomped it enough. If I were to buy another F-Type, I'd be hard pressed to decide on the sheer fun of a RWD, or the more practical (and possibly safer) AWD. But I think after driving the R and experiencing 550HP, nothing less than an R or SVR would do :)
Anyway, thanks for posting, and if anybody out there is remotely looking at a really fun GT type car to buy, consider the F-Type. They're a blast, and not that common if you're looking for something that's also a little out of the ordinary.

youre by far the best automotive youtuber at the moment, your content is original, not boring and always straight to the point, never too much talking and i dont think i need to say that your video quality is the best in the automotive world on youtube, or even in general. even tho theres so much overexposure to the supercar video contents you prove that with the right quality its still worth it
just look at supercars of london, shmee, vehicle virgins, supercars of london , salomondrin and so on, by now almost even mrjww.... they just upload way to often and have way to much quantity and that leads to the quality starting to suck(which you can see in their views, most of them dont get more than 30% views of their subs).
seriously i dont even check their channels anymore because i know that 90% of their content is just boring, and some people cough *shmee*cough create so much content with brand that the channels feel like advertisement channels
as i said theres so much content of mostly the same cars, your quality makes it feel like im at least watching something exclusive, some time ago youd watch a video of a koenigsegg or a pagani driving around somewhere, back then gordon aka effspot covered lots of that but now i come on youtube and theres 10 youtubers covering the same event talking about the same cars... so thanks for staying passionate and not dedicating too much into youtube to where you have to sacrifice your originality for it being profitable! if you read all this thx and keep up the good work

I never actually paid attention to how similar Range Rover and jaguars really are. Always had an SVR RRS and my wife just got an XE sedan. They are so similar inside even badging and just little things like switches. Not a bad thing since they are of exceptional quality.

I drive for one week the new audi r8 and the jaguar f-type r ... The jaguar iss the best allround sports car what i have ever driven... You can drive fast and have fun or your can cruise normal for a shopping tour without parking problems...

Good traction this car has, my c63 6.2 v8 I couldn't floor it like this on the rainy day on the mountain road, it will go all sideways...

Q: Do you think it would be better with a dual clutch gearbox? Or does the torque convertor suit it?
Oh yes :-) For me the gear box works just fine, I never really had the feeling I wanted more. Maybe if it was a supercar but as a GT car it suits it fine.

How on earth can you drive supercars or indeed any car in Switzerland with their driving restrictions.
Just have to obey the speed limits and rules, nothing more you can do. That's why driving passes are the best, lots of tight corners and slowing down and speeding up where you can have fun without going over the limit.
I love this machine too. May I ask what cameras did you use for taking such a beautiful video?

Thanks, sadly for now that will not be possible, I have a full time job next to this as UA-cam does not pay the bills and I'm not from a rich family like most of the other UA-camrs ;-)
Did you mount your camera on the glass of the roof? That angle truly looks amazing - light balance is what impresses me the most :D not too bright outside and every detail of the interior is visible... Keep it up :D
Thanks and yeah on the glass roof, you can't imagine how long it takes to get perfect though position and focus wise but worth it hopefully :-)

Surprised this car is legal in Switzerland given the noise. Rumour is that this engine will be replaced by turbo BMW V8 in 2020 in the next version of the F Type. Bet it won't sound as good as this Supercharged engine.
Surprised myself also and really don’t know how they made it legal here but I’m sure the next once will be nothing like this, if its a turbo then there goes the sound straight away.
Miltek on rs6 can’t be beaten by any car, only maybe Ferrari or Lamborghini
