I would say Aziraphale is a prime example of Chaotic Good. He's willing to do anything to help people (giving Adam and Eve the sword is a great example) and keep them safe (even go beyond the rules he's lived by since he was created). He's on his own side, but he's definitely a good person.

I believe the beautiful thing about their relationship is that their love, in my opinion, can be viewed in so many different ways and still make sense and be fantastic and that's why so many people love them. 😊
