It is not actually cooked in claypot more like cooked and poured into a claypot to heat up.The use of claypot is a gimmick..it is used on this occasion as more of a food warmer than a cooking utensil.

@@feisal5652 Usually Indian restaurant won't serve non halal dishes i.e. pork . In term of poultry, this kind of restaurant would only serve chicken, duck and mutton (goat). I hope everyone can understand.
