Kurt Sorensen's pass to Leiluai was forward, but justice because Hanley's pass for Lydon's try was even more forward. And Mark Graham copped a blow to the face in the first half which left him dazed and probably was concussed which forced him off.
The 3rd test was the 1...watkinson got battered by about 3...sorenson punching goodway...so he wouldnt go in the 2nd half...an all in brawl...am sure the police ended up on the pitch
@@St_AngusYoung players didnt really care for their well being during them days...i once spoke to david watkinsons' son...he said he didnt remember much of that game...not a surprise as he got pummelled 👊👊👊
Watkinson gave Kurt two elbows to the face, Myler bit his arm, Another grabbed Friend through his legs either grabbing ?? or sticking ??, also attempted head highs (by GB) right in front of commentators but no comment.

GB was unfit as the great commentators said many times they were walking and dropped the ball at critical times otherwise they could/would have won this game
Yeah, rubbish ref. Can't remember the year but he robbed the Kiwi's of a win against Australia when he disallowed a Dean Bell try with a BS forward pass ruling.
Great upload love the 80s test matches.
Another brilliant set of GB lions memories. Thanks Shaun.
Thanks for the upload. Go the Kiwis for 9th of November 2019, which I will be at.

thanks for sharing this!!
Wonderful try by Lydon, entirely down to his tache.
Des Drummond, Ellery Hanley get points for setting up the try for Lydon.
@user-gu4tv4hp6s Worlds most corrupt sport!

And yet the real hard man of the test was Mark Graham who played the entire test in agony with a severely injured ankle

Got any footage of Kangaroos v France in 78 or 82?

You can see who this Aussie ref wants to see win. letting the GB get away with knock-on total bullshit.
