As a recent subscriber to your channel I'm enjoying watching your videos. I enjoy being out with my camera but even on days like today, drizzly and cold - so the camera stayed home while I walked the dogs, I was looking and thinking about what might work as a photograph. I often put pressure on myself to find a great picture on every walk, one that other people will praise, but actually when I think about it, that's not where the real pleasure lies. Being in the moment of time and place is always achievable and, to use your word, creating a photo that I appreciate is a bonus.
Trees are so wonderful and interesting. Mankind has always found such a kinship with trees (all while some feel they must destroy them) and often see the ancestors in the similarity and emotion that seems to exude from them. Thank you for your wonderful video!
Hi Kim, I enjoyed the video as usual. This year i am determined to get out into the woods more and to capture the autumn colours. I wish you all the success with your new book. Great image's as usual. Atb Tim
Kim, Thanks so much for the words and images. I love to shot leaves and trees!! And yes, to much of my past years was BLAH and DISASSOCIATED with things. Photography is AWESOME, and gas helped me learn and grow so much, along woth you. ❤❤ thanks !!!
Beautiful video, thank you . Your book is fascinating and have enjoyed reading it and exploring the elements within the book. I was out yesterday with my sister for a lovely nature country walk and I was finding images that I had not imagined to photograph before and have already started to use words like creating or making a lovely image, it really made me feel more inspired to create an image, so thank you for sharing your wisdom on mindful photography x
This is so beautiful, Paula! I am delighted to hear how adopting make and create into your photography is opening you up to new image opportunities. It's exciting to see where this will lead you. Really appreciate you sharing this and purchasing the book 😊🙏

You're welcome. Thank you for watching ☺️ 🙏
The mist makes us curious. We wonder what is beyond the veil. Photography makes us want to catch a fleeting moment of transition. A good vlog.
Beautiful words, Frazer. Thank you for sharing 🙏
The mist is like a cocoon....I think it makes boundaries.....that keeps us safe? ....Hard to explain....
Lovely analogy. I can see what you mean by the cocoon 😊🙏
